Located 350 miles northwest of Beijing, China on the southeast Mongolian border, the Zamiin Uud (pronounced ZA-meen OOD) Free Economic Zone is the result of an unprecedented partnership between the Mongolian government and the United States-based Winwheel Bullion corporation. The Mongolian government will provide 104,000 acres of land for a master-planned commercial center with development led by Winwheel Bullion. Phase I of Zamiin Uud will be a 2,224 acre development that will include construction of Odonchimed International Airport and a base infrastructure of hotels, casino resorts, a convention center, shopping complexes, duty free shops, office and commercial buildings, banks and financial institutions, industrial complexes, sports stadium, theme park, and golf courses. In addition, residential and community infrastructure will include housing, hospitals, public parks, a retirement community and other supplemental structures. Construction of the first phase of Zamiin Uud is scheduled to begin summer 2006.

A key component in the creation of this international free trade zone will be the construction of Odonchimed International Airport. Winwheel Bullion has entered into a joint venture with TEC Constructors & Engineers to construct the international airport. TEC Constructors & Engineers is an multinational company that specializes in large-scale real estate development, project management and general contracting. The Zamiin Uud Free Economic Zone is the latest step in Mongolia's ascension in the world economy. Since the early 1990s, Mongolia has purposefully taken steps to embrace a free market economy and has liberalized state-controlled prices and tariffs, privatized state-owned enterprises and established a two-tier banking system. In 2004, a joint statement between U.S. President Bush and Mongolian President Bagabandi declared a new era of cooperation and a comprehensive partnership between the two democratic countries based on shared values and common strategic interests. Mongolia joined the World Trade Organization in January 1997 and has enjoyed a decade of positive economic growth and single-digit inflation.

To ensure and assist in the transition process to a free market economy, a separate non-political body will be formed to administer economic policies in the Zamiin Uud Free Economic Zone. The Zamiin Uud Economic Development Authority (ZUEDA) will be mutually developed by the Mongolian Government and private commercial entities. Members will make up the ZUEDA Task Force who will initiate policies such as transparent and non-discriminatory administrative norms and legal standards in accordance with international principles. ZUEDA policy will be designed to create a stable and predictable climate for commerce, and accommodate international market forces that require high standards to protect foreign investment and investors with specific competition policies.

In English, Zamiin Uud means gateway, and true to its name, the Zamiin Uud Free Economic Zone functions as a gateway to Northeast Asia and establishes an international regional headquarters in a stable environment. Currently, there are already 70 commercial and service providers in Zamiin Uud, and approximately 70% of Mongolian foreign trade passes through the Zamiin Uud port. There is no excise, added value tax, or import custom duty levied on items imported to Zamiin Uud. Investment in the construction of storage facilities, cargo terminals and hotels in Zamiin Uud is exempt from income tax for an initial five-year term, then granted a 50% income tax concession for three subsequent years.

Technological infrastructure currently exists in the form of super high-speed fiber-optic cable and VSAT systems, cable TV, FM radio stations, mobile telecommunications, and internet and email access. An international road network connecting Asia and Europe intersects Zamiin Uud, with a new AH-3 standard highway set to be completed by 2008. Combined with the new development, Zamiin Uud is poised to be a hub of international commerce.

This day was chosen to announce this exciting free trade venture because it commemorates the 1206 coronation of Chinggis (Genghis) Khaan as the King of Kings, when the Mongolian Empire was at its apex. Chinggis Khaan was a 13th century Mongol military and political genius who ruled the world's largest empire that once stretched from Korea to Hungary. While infamous for his exploits on the battlefield, Chinggis Khaan was also a skilled leader, politician and administrator who created groundbreaking trade policies that nurtured free pan-Asian commerce.

Today, Mongolia maintains strong relations with all North and South East Asian countries. It has reasonable proximity to such major centers as Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, Seoul, Tokyo and Osaka. Kenilworth Receives PAGCOR Letter of Intent

MINEOLA, New York – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Kenilworth Systems Corporation ("Kenilworth") today reported the Company has received a "Letter of Intent" from the Philippines Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the Republic of the Philippines chartered government gaming monopoly. PAGCOR partially owns and exclusively operates all fourteen (14) Filipino casinos, some of which are located in exclusive resort facilities frequented by Asian patrons. The letter underscores PAGCOR's intention to implement the Roulabette(R) Project while the more formal Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") will be processed by the Philippines Legislature.

Herbert Lindo, Chairman and CEO stated, "We requested the letter to demonstrate PAGCOR's desire to implement Project Roulabette(R) while the approval of the MOA takes its normal time course. With the letter, the Company now can go forward with negotiations with satellite and cable companies that may wish to offer the patented Roulabette(R) System to their subscribers and obtain permission for the broadcasts in their respective jurisdictions. He further stated, "We now may also commence negotiations with design and manufacturing organizations for the equipment required to make Roulabette(R) available throughout the industrialized world."

In the mutually signed Letter of Intent, the Company guarantees to pay PAGCOR a monthly payment, for hosting the broadcasts, when they commence, over a ten (10) year contract period in the amount of US$1 million for year one (1); US$2 million for years two (2) and three (3); US$5 million for years four (4) through seven (7) and US$10 million for every year there after. The initial broadcast will emanate from the new Hyatt Hotel and Casino in Manila and may include Philippine Resorts that have casinos, with an expected starting date early in 2007. The Company also guaranteed to have available US$25 million required in its Business Plan which is incorporated in the MOA.

Mr. Lindo reiterated that "Kenilworth believes Roulabette(R) will become a US$500 billion net win market from wagering in five (5) years, by 2011, which will be shared by all participating entities." Postponed from an earlier date that conflicted with a national event, the race provided an opportunity to try out some new parts, rack up some championship points and give Superman a tryout for the team.

Even while trying new combinations of parts and set-ups, Danny Townsend managed to qualify the VIPsports.com Dodge Stratus Top Alcohol Funny Car in the number one spot before ending up as number two, by an ever-so-slight margin. After huddling with Townsend, Frank Parker and his co-chief/father, Dan Parker, decided that the less-than-ideal track conditions required the original race parts and settings. With that, Superman, a.k.a. Jack, Frank's four year old son, raced over to the track, red cape streaming behind him, and used his "heat vision" to clean the track. The set-up change and "super" track cleaning allowed Townsend to better utilize his power and make it to the semi-final round. But there just wasn't enough allowance for lane choice and the team had to face Chuck Cheesman's Camaro in the lane that had been causing grief all weekend.

When the tree went green, Townsend put a .028 hole shot on the Camaro, but still couldn't get the Mopar Hemi's power harnessed. While Townsend's mount danced and moved him around on the track, Cheeseman used a smooth run to make up the starting line difference and clip the Dodge Stratus' 5.784 E.T. by .059. The top speeds were identical, at 252.43 mph. Cheeseman wisely chose the same lane for the final and handily defeated Mick Snyder, who experienced track problems even worse than those of the VIPsports.com car.

Parker wasn't at all dismayed by the race results. "With the data collected this weekend, we now have "good track – bad track" comparisons and enough information to deal with either." He and Townsend agreed that their next race, the May 4 – 7 Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Southern Nationals, in Atlanta, Georgia, is going to be a good one.

Dover Downs Reports Stock Split

DOVER, Delaware – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: DDE) Board of Directors today approved a three-for- two split of both classes of its common stock. The split will be effected in the form of a stock dividend by issuing one additional share of common stock for every two shares of common stock held. The additional shares of common stock will be distributed on June 15, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 10, 2006. No fractional shares will be issued. Shareholders will be paid cash in lieu of any fractional shares.
